TNZ (Ted Zimmerman) did a complete transformation of a 1954 house in Sebastopol that I acquired in 2024. It was a 6 month + project involving repairs and improvements in all of the construction trades: framing, plumbing, electrical, drywall, tile, insulation, roofing, and painting. Ted did the work himself, with almost no reliance on subcontractors. The quality of his work was superb, for a good price. Ted is especially valuable as a renovation specialist because he has a very wide range of skills and experience, which was critical in the case of this old house, since there were constantly new issues encountered during demolition that required readjusting approaches and designs. His solutions to issues were creative, effective, and cost-conscious. I recommend him without any hesitation.
